However, in the early days the response Nick received from Recruitment Agencies was cautious: “We are recruiters. - Why would we need help to find our own staff?” However, as soon as Nick and his hand-picked team demonstrated their special ability to bring to interview top-class recruiters and management personnel where others had failed, R2R grew into a very successful business.
